Tim Rountree San Antonio DWI Defense (“we” or “the firm”) operates sanantoniodwidefense.com. This policy explains how we collect and use information through this website and our planned text-message program.
Information you provide
Our contact form uses Gravity Forms. It asks for your first and last name, email address (entered twice for confirmation), phone number, preferred callback time, county, case type, whether the arrest was in the last three days, arrest date, and any details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible legal services.
Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive information through the contact form or text messages. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the website. Analytics records page views, contact-form submissions, and taps on phone links.
Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. Analytics may also process device and browser information and information about how you reached and used the site. Google processes analytics information under its own Privacy Policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser to prevent supported Google Analytics scripts from using your visit data. These settings apply to that browser and do not stop information you choose to send us directly through the contact form or by phone.
Text messages — planned program, not yet active
We plan to offer two-way text messages about inquiries and case-related matters, such as appointments, scheduling, document requests, and case updates. When the program launches, we will use your mobile number, messages, and opt-in record to communicate with you and manage your messaging preferences.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or case and your conversations with the firm. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer your SMS consent to another business.
Providing a phone number on the contact form does not by itself enroll you in recurring text messages. The program will require a separate, clear opt-in. Consent to text messages will not be a condition of obtaining legal services.
When the program is active, reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation, after which program messages will stop unless you consent again. Reply HELP for help, or call 210-667-3520. You can also ask us by phone to stop texting you. See our Terms and Conditions for the full SMS terms.
Texts come from the firm’s main number, 210-667-3520. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our contact form, or by telling us in writing that you agree to receive texts. We confirm your opt-in by text.
Service providers, retention, and your requests
We share information only with service providers that help us run the firm: website hosting, form handling, email, case management, analytics and text-message delivery. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law or a court requires it and in compliance with the attorney-client privilege communication protection. None of this sharing includes mobile numbers or SMS consent for anyone’s marketing.
We keep inquiries, messages and consent records only as long as we need them to respond to you, to represent clients, and to meet the record-keeping duties that apply to Texas lawyers. We protect them with access controls and reputable, secure service providers.
Call 210-667-3520 to ask about this policy or request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal or professional duties. No website or messaging system can guarantee complete security.
