These terms apply to sanantoniodwidefense.com, operated by Tim Rountree San Antonio DWI Defense ("we" or "the firm"), and to the firm’s planned text-message program.

Website information is not legal advice

This website provides general information about the firm and DWI defense. It is not legal advice for your circumstances and may not reflect recent changes in the law. Talk with a qualified attorney about your situation. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in another case.

No attorney-client relationship

Visiting this website, submitting its contact form, calling, or sending a text or email does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after we agree to represent you. Do not assume that sending a message means the firm has accepted your case or will meet a deadline for you.

Do not send confidential documents or sensitive information before the firm agrees to represent you and gives you an appropriate way to send it. Website forms and ordinary text messages are not guaranteed to be secure.

SMS program — planned, not yet active

Program name: Tim Rountree San Antonio DWI Defense text messages.

When launched, this two-way program will allow people who opt in to exchange texts with the firm about inquiries and case-related matters, including appointments, scheduling, document requests, and case updates. The program is not currently accepting enrollments or sending messages.

  • Consent: We will obtain a separate, clear opt-in before sending recurring program messages. Supplying a phone number on the website’s contact form is not, by itself, SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of obtaining legal services.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or case and your conversations with the firm.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless provider about your plan’s charges.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to a program message at any time. We may send one final opt-out confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you consent again. You can also call 210-667-3520 to ask us to stop texting you.
  • Help: Reply HELP to a program message for help, or call 210-667-3520.
  • Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on a text message for an emergency or a time-sensitive legal deadline; call the firm instead. For an emergency, call 911.
  • Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices, including the protection of mobile information and SMS opt-in data from sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Texts come from the firm’s main number, 210-667-3520. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our contact form, or by telling us in writing that you agree to receive texts. We confirm your opt-in by text.
